On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, attorney Richard Arsenault moderated the HarrisMartin MDL Conference: Managing Mass Torts, Key Litigation Updates, and Lessons Learned. Richard started the conference with introductory remarks and proceeded to moderate two panels, Key Bankruptcy Developments Regarding J&J and 3M and Game Changing Rules. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
