Richard Arsenault Chairing HarrisMartin Conference
Attorney Richard Arsenault will be chairing the Harris Martin MDL Conference: Updates and Challenges Facing Current High Stakes Mass Tort Litigation as well as moderating two panels. The conference, to be held on May 24th 2023, will be hosted in Philadelphia, PA. Richard will be leading introductory remarks as well as moderating Initial Activity Following the MDL Assignment and Selection of Plaintiff and Defense Steering Committees.
