According to the report, the accident took place at the intersection of Old Mansfield Road and Keithville-Kingston Road. A 26 year old Shreveport women was driving through the intersection when she crashed into an 18-Wheeler loaded with sand. The women was pronounced dead on the scene and the crash is currently under investigation.
