Attorney Richard Arsenault spoke to the students of Baylor Law School’s Executive LL.M. Program on Thursday June 9th, 2022 on the topic of Complex Litigation. Richard is a member of the school’s National Advisory Panel, which is a committee of the nation’s premier thought leaders who come together to share their thoughts, experience, and knowledge to help build the LL.M. course curriculum and class content, encourage Baylor students to become thought leaders in this field, and work for the benefit of the profession to more effectively and efficiently manage every aspect of litigation. The National Trial Lawyers recognized Richard as the 2014 Trial Lawyer of the Year Civil Plaintiff Finalist.
