Richard Arsenault Panelist at Chicago Complex Litigation Symposium
Attorney Richard Arsenault will be a panelist at the upcoming Contemporary Issues in Complex Litigation symposium hosted by Northwester Pritzker School of Law. The symposium, to be held March 6-7, 2024, will be hosted in Chicago, IL. It will cover topics such as Leadership Roles in MDLs, Litigation Financing, and Emergency Issues in Case Management and Resolution. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
