Richard Arsenault Hosts MTMP Webinar Series
Attorney Richard Arsenault in collaboration with the Mass Torts Made Perfect team are proud to announce their new series of Judicial Forum webinars. These free webinars will be offered on a regular basis and will cover important topics for mass tort attorneys. These webinars will present attendees the opportunity to interact with federal judges and the attorneys leading the charge in mass tort litigation. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
