Our firm will be sponsoring law students from Southern University Law School for the first-ever MTMP Fellows Program at MTMP in October of 2023. This groundbreaking new program is designed for law students who aspire to be trial lawyers, and the goal is to expose the next generation of trial lawyers to the work of plaintiff’s attorneys. Attorney Richard Arsenault has also been invited to the program’s dinner, On the Horizon—Dinner and Drinks with the Veterans. Richard has over 300 articles and presentations to his credit and has authored many Law Review articles including one published in Federal Courts Law Review. Among other writings, he co-authored the chapter on Multidistrict Litigation in an ABA treatise. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
