Neblett, Beard & Arsenault will be Co-Chairing the Western Alliance Bank’s annual Class Action Law Forum on March 12-14, 2024. The conference will be held in collaboration with the San Diego School of Law and directly benefits the Western Alliance Bank Scholarship Fund that supports a USD Law School student in need. The event will host discussions on the most important developments and issues surrounding class actions and mass torts, and panelists will include sitting federal judges and top defense and plaintiffs’ attorneys. Richard has over 300 articles and presentations to his credit and has authored many Law Review articles including one published in Federal Courts Law Review. Among other writings, he co-authored the chapter on Multidistrict Litigation in an ABA treatise. Richard was also asked by Judge Heyburn, JPML Chair, to participate in the Panel’s “Multidistrict Litigation Study Project”. He has personally participated in negotiating over $3.5 billion in complex litigation settlements in the last five years.
