Current Opening: Client Relations Manager
This position is a critical element of the firm's marketing team and demands personality, dedication, and a desire to create a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate possesses significant attention to detail, time management skills, creative thinking, and a passion for our community.
In addition to reinforcing a positive client experience, the CRM frequently interacts with external agencies and clients to organize a variety of community events. Event attendance as a firm representative is expected where applicable. Positive demeanor and personality are a must, as you will be the face of the firm at community events, as well as the first contact for prospective clients.
As a member of the firm's marketing team, the CRM performs administrative tasks (e.g. data management, reporting, vendor oversight); is responsible for reputation management (e.g. social media, client reviews, online profiles); writes content for print and online; communicates with potential and current clients on the phone; organizes employee events; and assists with large-scale client outreach projects.
All applicants should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and professionalism are essential. Individuals should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow, problem-solve, and work both independently and as a team player while interacting with a variety of personalities. Experience in multi-line phone systems and heavy call volume is a plus, but not essential.
Minimum Requirements: Two-year degree OR two years of relevant college coursework OR two years' experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media. Our office utilizes MS Office Suite; prior experience with Excel is a must.
