10 new Chromebooks were presented to University Academy of Cenla, the winner of Neblett, Beard & Arsenault's distracted driving school quiz. Attorney Wes Gralapp and Savanna, winner of last year's Distracted Driving Sweepstakes, presented the laptops to Director DeEtte Loyd for their school. Over half of their students took the quiz, making them the school in Rapides Parish with the highest percentage of participating students. Over 800 students in the parish took the quiz, and over 60% of schools participated in the contest. Said Director Loyd, "We really want to thank Neblett, Beard & Arsenault for the contest, but not just for the contest, for bringing awareness to a serious issue that our teens face today." She and the faculty and staff worked hard to encourage their students not only to take the quiz, but to take the time to learn about the dangers of distracted driving so that they can be more focused drivers behind the wheel. Congratulations to University Academy of Cenla, and thank you to everyone who participated in the quiz. Together we're making a difference by making Louisiana's roads a safer place to drive. We hope your students enjoy learning on the new Chromebooks!
I Am So Thankful And Will Forever Be Thankful For Mr. William Neblett.
