Attorney Wes Gralapp continues his discussion on compensation for injuries after an accident. He picks up with compensation for lost wages, and compensation you may be entitled to if your injuries cause you to miss work, or impair your ability to work. Experts may be called in to determine lost wages, as well as loss of earning capacity if your injuries render you unable to continue the type of work you were doing before the accident. Wes also talks about compensation for pain and suffering, both for injuries and for loss of enjoyment of life. Loved ones or family members may also be entitled to compensation if they also suffer as a result of your injuries. If a loved one passes away as a result of an accident, a family member or loved one may be able to bring forth a claim on their behalf, as well.
