Attorney Richard Arsenault has been invited to speak to students and faculty at The University of Texas Law School in Austin, TX, at a complex litigation colloquium seminar this December.
This seminar, “Current Issues in Complex Litigation,” explores current class actions and MDLs once a week on campus. Richard will be speaking about his experience on the front lines of major complex litigation, as well as his views on various issues in the world of mass torts.
The University of Texas Law School was founded in 1883, starting with two professors and 52 students. It has since grown to more than 1,200 students and is now ranked #1 by U.S. News & World Report for return on investment among the top 15 law schools.
